Anusha briefed me about the really interactive meeting you had, and it’s great to see the synergy with Regen Network’s plans and your interest in collaborating with us.
I’d like to take this opportunity to share more details about the Poverty Alleviation and Inclusive Development Across Rural Sindh (PAIDAR) project. This initiative is being implemented with the support of the European Union and UNIDO to establish a waste recovery and composting facility in the district of Thatta, Sindh. The total cost of the project is €220,000, of which €95,000 is being funded by UNIDO. To fully execute the project, we need to contribute the remaining €125,000. Once operational, the project will create direct employment for 24 individuals and over 40 indirect job opportunities.
The successful execution of the project is contingent on securing this matching fund, and we are actively seeking support from both local and international investors or financiers to bridge the funding gap.
We are excited about the possibility of Regen Network supporting this initiative, in exchange for profit sharing or another mutually agreeable payback mechanism. The project is expected to become profitable from the beginning of Year 2 and offers a solid Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 19% over five years.
I’ve attached the relevant documents for your review. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further information—we’d be more than happy to provide it. Looking forward to hearing from you.
