Vision & Mission
Based on the last year agenda we’re setting up the plans for this year. What hasn’t changed:
- Primary Goal: Reward Ecological Regeneration Create financial incentives for Real World Asset (RWA) project developers who demonstrate measurable regenerative ecological outcomes
- Enabling Framework: Data-Driven Verification Build systems that encourage the production and sharing of accurate, verifiable ecological data
- Technical Foundation: Open Source Development Support the creation of open source technologies specifically designed for ecological applications, spanning: Blockchain infrastructure, Remote sensing capabilities, IoT networks, Machine learning systems, Fintech solutions
What’s the structural change compared to the:
Executive Summary (2024)- Dapp Developers won’t be a separate stakeholder, but the dev work would be a part of either Eco Projects (if it’s connected to producing data) or Investors (if it’s connected to the sales infrastructure).
- Speculators are also excluded from the governance mapping, while they still could use our products they don’t look like a stable pillar or having positive governance intent
- Eco movement & buyers merged as the key behaviour is aligned with buying
- Groups also got a bit updated in the naming
2025 Goals
Investors / Buyers – Reward Ecological Regeneration
- Stabilising price and defining target ARR, Maturity, Exit strategy
- Improved access (crosschain, CEX)
- Preparing $REGEN Marketing plan for the investors in the space (TA, messages, …)
- Producing Case studies, Research, Publications and Conference Presence on our Socio-ecological impact
Eco Projects – Data-Driven Verification
- Extending local cooperation
- Regen Commons Support
- Development of the Cooperative Banking
Network Stewards – Open Source Development
- Holding calls, group documentation, quarterly reports
- Increasing community capacity with experts in economist, sociologists, ecologists also from less represented regions (EU, Africa, Asia)
- $REGEN community fund development

- support for the protocol, research, programs
- reciprocal terms with grantees
Budget
400 000 $REGEN or ~$12k for 2 quarters in current regen prices $0.03, dedicated to Max Semenchuk (PM/Core Steward/Researcher) $6k/quarter (or $2k/mo) in $REGEN
Another 5 month of work is planned to be covered by RND (and first 1.5 mo were covered from the leftovers)
