Quarterly updates are prepared by these metrics due to Executive Summary (2024)
Coordination
Small self-organized emerging teams
New initiatives only start when a group of practitioners gets excited about pursuing an opportunity or solving a specific problem. Thus, new teams emerge and grow in a free-flowing, bottom-up fashion.
- 3-7 People
- At least 1 Facilitator / Steward
- Dynamic roles
- Self-selected task commitments
- https://thedecider.app/ – how to make decisions
Direct person-to-person interaction
- Weekly calls serve community – propose your agenda points before or at the start of the meeting
- Everyone can talk to everyone
- Overcommunicate – a call is better than a text
- Record keeping and knowledge base (this wiki)
Natural leadership roles
- Good project management is not so much management as leadership.
- A leader, unlike a manager, is not appointed. Leadership is a given of group psychology.
- Leaders/representatives are chosen internally by the participants
Stakeholder-facing and support teams
- Practitioner onboarding program
- Simulate practitioner experience
- Make an onboarding checklist
- Improve onboarding flow for practitioners
