Terran Collective (Empowerment Works) Charter

This letter (this “Grant”) sets forth the agreement of Empowerment Works (“Grantee”) with respect to a grant of 500,000 REGEN, the native token of Regen Network (the “Grant Funds”), proposed to be made by Regen Foundation (the “Foundation”) for:

• Designing and prototyping methods for land steward participation in governance of Regen Ledger, and testing them locally in Northern California.
• Designing and prototyping ways for csDAOs to distribute staking rewards to their communities through participatory budgeting to allocate this resource.
• Developing stewardship features on open-source community tool Hylo to support the needs of csDAOs to include land stewards in collective governance and participatory finance.
