- Clearer OKRs at the end of the quarter for the medium-term and long-term goals.
- Inputs and learnings from collabathons incorporated to structure the goals.
- Exploring and establishing success metrics for OpenTEAM as a training partner for digital intermediaries/bioregional Regen community stewards.
- Feedback and iterative input on rebranding and messaging about the DAOs for the website and other Regen Network outreach artifacts.
- Discovery into the tools required for governance within the community
- Design of incentives and systems for active engagement within the REGEN ecosystem.
- Inputs and feedback from onboarding with a validator buddy.
- Exploring the feasibility of self-validation over the longer term.
- Discovering opportunities for collaborative fundraising.
- (Need: An ambassador or point of contact for REGEN token management and community feedback)
Medium-term goals

- Onboarding trained digital intermediaries into the REGEN token ecosystem:
- Exploring bio-regional or stakeholder-specific collaborative fundraising.
- Collaborative fundraising.
- Mentor and buddy for incoming DAOs.
- Contribution to content creation for Cosmos 101 training materials.
- Contribution to onboarding for validator selection or self-validation.
- Feedback and iteration on tools for internal governance and staking rewards distribution
- Offer community training (& technical Certification) as digital intermediaries for OpenTEAM hubs and Networks
Long-term objectives
- Scaling bioregional model of engagement and governance globally for climate goals in agriculture
- Bridging the gap between online and offline tech adaptations in agriculture across different communities
- Building an active and engaged community steering the Regen token network
